The Heart of Quality recognition acknowledges excellent individual performance as measured by United's customers on its post-move survey. Winners and honorable mention recipients are chosen for their performance during the previous year. The award and honorable mention recipients were chosen from move coordinators at more than 300 domestic United Van Lines agencies.
An integral part of the moving process, it is the move coordinator’s role to serve as a single point of contact for the customer and all service providers throughout the entire move, so that the relocation experience is successful from the preparation through the final delivery stages.
