Your schedule is busy enough, especially when planning an upcoming move! Our Virtual Survey option is accommodating to your availability. With the Virtual Survey technology, you will choose a day and time that best fits your needs. We accommodate evening and weekend choices to respect your busy calendar.
At the time of your appointment, your moving consultant will text you a link. To start your video chat with a live Corrigan representative. This specially trained surveyor will assess all items that are moving. They will determine packing requirements and decide any custom crating or additional services you need. The only thing you need to do is go throughout your home showing every room on your smartphone or tablet camera.
MyUnited Move Planner Portal is your individual assistant to help you through the move process and make sure you are all set when pack day arrives!
Central to the portal is the hands-on checklist. This list contains all the things that you need to do starting at 2 months prior to your move date. Reminders include to-dos essential for your relocation – like signing documents and inputting payment. It also includes all the additional items that need to get checked off, like transferring medical documents and changing your mailing address with the post office. You can check tasks off as you finish them and also add your own personal tasks, too.
When you are ready to schedule your services, your paperwork will be on the site for you to review on your computer. Check to ensure everything is complete and digitally sign your paperwork on your MyUnited site. If you decide to pay via credit card, you can set this up, too.
Also, available on your MyUnited is your High Value Inventory form. This paperwork has to be filled out prior to us loading your shipment. You are able to wait and complete it when we are at your home on load day, or you can complete it ahead of time through the portal.

When Corrigan Moving begins to load your long distance or storage shipment, we create an inventory of every thing on our electronic inventory app – Flex. This process is exceptionally straightforward for our customers, making sure the move is even smoother.
Your inventory will be made digitally, making it simple to scan and comprehend. Each belonging that is loaded will receive an inventory barcode. The barcode number matches to the line item on the inventory documentation, so everyone knows what was picked up.
There are more advantages to the Flex inventory, also. Your driver can add pictures to the inventory, allowing it to be more exact than ever before. Signatures are a breeze when signing electronically, limiting the amount of time required to complete paperwork. Corrigan. You are very good at the details on estimating, you have a lot of experience,
and you are able to educate us on the process – sure, that is the baseline. But, you are
very aware that, although you have the confidence to know how it happens, you know
we do not, plus, we are stressed, over-loaded with myriad details related to the move,
and trying to choose a company for the move is one more of those. You were calm,
patiently explaining, always with a steady confidence, and never coming over that we
were just another form to fill out. So thank you for bringing humanity to our encounter.
Kristy, when the business switched over to you, things did not change. Although what
we worked on was all about contracts and details and schedules, you kept it light and
easy and fast. As an example, when the conversation turned to delivery time window,
you did not just give us a generic 2 week window with no information, you shared out all
the moving parts of how the container goes from here to there with where the
uncertainties were in that process. Having those details changes our view of it from
“black-box” to being included in the process. With empathy, you included us as part of

The crew – the whole lot of them were great. Very nice, easy going, crazy hard
working! They kept everything straight. Individuals changed day to day, that was not a
problem at all. New folks slipped right in and charged on! Them being on-site again,
