Platinum Certified Move Coordinator
The United Certified Move Coordinator certification program was introduced as a way to spotlight this extraordinary group of professionals who work diligently to provide their customers with outstanding service.
The annual certification process provides recognition and reinforces standards of performance. Those wishing to earn certification must meet a number of criteria including training, earning professional development credits, achieving 80 percent on the final exam and earning pre-determined values on survey scores.
In order to receive the PLATINUM distinction, the coordinator must maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 96% or above.
