Steve, it starts with you. The interactions with you are the reason we selected
Corrigan. You are very good at the details on estimating, you have a lot of experience,
and you are able to educate us on the process – sure, that is the baseline. But, you are
very aware that, although you have the confidence to know how it happens, you know
we do not, plus, we are stressed, over-loaded with myriad details related to the move,
and trying to choose a company for the move is one more of those. You were calm,
patiently explaining, always with a steady confidence, and never coming over that we
were just another form to fill out. So thank you for bringing humanity to our encounter.

Kristy, when the business switched over to you, things did not change. Although what
we worked on was all about contracts and details and schedules, you kept it light and
easy and fast. As an example, when the conversation turned to delivery time window,
you did not just give us a generic 2 week window with no information, you shared out all
the moving parts of how the container goes from here to there with where the
uncertainties were in that process. Having those details changes our view of it from
“black-box” to being included in the process. With empathy, you included us as part of
the team and process.

The crew – the whole lot of them were great. Very nice, easy going, crazy hard
working! They kept everything straight. Individuals changed day to day, that was not a
problem at all. New folks slipped right in and charged on! Them being on-site again,
further supported our feelings of confidence in the whole process.

This letter is regarding your employee, Kristina Haring, and her extraordinary professionalism and service.
I feel compelled to express my appreciation since it is rare to encounter someone with her level of
expertise and care in assuring a successful outcome.

I originally worked with Kristy in 2020 when I moved from Michigan to Alaska. I had no experience or
knowledge of the magnitude of such a move and was apprehensive. In my search for a competent
moving company, I felt an immediate sense of trust in Kristy. Her knowledge, meticulous attention to
detail, and advocacy for her client were obvious which led me to select Corrigan from a list of many
competitors. My move was accomplished with ease.

Five years later, I am now returning to Michigan and though tempted to select a mover based in
Anchorage, I called Corrigan on the chance that Kristy was still with the company. I was thrilled to find
Kristy and immediately set aside any thought of selecting another mover.

Once again, she has been exceptional. This time, I had many questions about how to minimize cost (this
move was at my expense) and Kristy patiently and thoroughly explained my options. Most impressively,
she is handling my move as though it were her own. She has a toughness and no-nonsense way about
her that is both kind and so deeply reassuring. Her skill set is rare and invaluable.

I felt it important that you know , from a customer's perspective, what kind of employee you have in your
midst. You are so very fortunate to have her and I am lucky to have her as my moving specialist. There
are no words to adequately convey my gratitude for being able to sit back and breathe knowing she is
handling it all!

Corrigan provided excellent communication and customer service from the beginning. They made sure to check in throughout my move, were receptive to my questions, took great care in handling my possessions and did what they’d say they’d do. The move went smoothly and stayed on schedule. Moves are stressful at best but Corrigan ensured that this aspect of the move was one less thing to have to worry about.

I was in charge of helping my mother-in-law move. Mike S at Corrigan who came out and did the estimating, did a great job helping explain the whole process to me since I had never done a cross country move. The whole process went so smoothly and everyone was so helpful and informative. I could not have been happier throughout this whole process.

Steve and Brad were exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process. Easy to work with. Our driver Eddie and his crews were extremely professional and a joy to work with. They treated our possessions as if they were their own! Will definitely recommend Corrigan to our friends!

Used Corrigan for an international move from Grand Rapids, MI to Suzhou, China. The move wasn’t organized (on my side) until the last minute and Corrigan did a great job reacting and getting our items packed and shipped in a very short amount of time. The delivery also went smoothly, we had no issues with customs and all our items arrived in perfect condition. They had agents in both the US and China which were very helpful in keeping me advised throughout the entire process. I would definitely use them again.

Corrigan moved our small family from the US to the UK and the experience was really smooth. From initial pick up and packing at our home through the communication as we waited for our items to arrive to the arrival of our items, everything went well. As this was our first big move overseas, we were nervous about the experience, but in the end, all of our items arrived in good shape with little effort on our part (regarding customs and coordination). I can’t say enough about my move with Corrigan Moving and Storage. Everyone was so professional and helpful! I encountered a situation with the selling and buying of my home in which I had to put my belongings in storage for 2 months with short notice. Corrigan was able to meet my schedule on short notice both with the move out and the move in. Everything was packed very well with not one item missing, damaged or broken!! All the staff I worked with where very knowledgeable, nice and professional. Awesome Job!!

I moved my 80-year old mother from South Bend, IN (3-story home) to Dallas. Corrigan Moving System was absolutely excellent. The pricing quote was on target (within a few dollars) and the movers were courteous and professional. She had lots of antiques and not one thing was broken.
