Corporate benefit packages come in all shapes and sizes. Your benefits administrator will provide details of your relocation package and initial directions. Depending on what benefits your company offers and your personal level of benefits, you will be directed to a specific service provider, or you may be required to find a mover on your own. Either way, Corrigan’s experienced team will be there, sharing knowledge and guiding you every step of the way.
Because the cost of your move will be based on weight and miles, an in-home or virtual survey is necessary to estimate the weight of what is being moved. During the move survey, you will guide a professional moving consultant throughout your home and outbuildings, identifying what will be included as part of your move. You can expect to be asked to open doors, cupboards, and drawers, as well as look under beds for items that may be forgotten!
*Virtual surveys have vastly become the primary method of conducting a move survey for our corporate relocation customers. However, in-home surveys with a professional moving consultant are also available.
After completing your move survey, you will receive an estimate from one of our moving consultants. Corrigan’s move consultant will be able to explain the estimate in detail and provide options for staying within your allotted employee relocation budget.

Your move consultant will work with you to establish a custom employee relocation package that meets your personal moving needs and stays within your budget. Our experience working with corporate transferees means you will have access to the industry’s most informed and experienced professionals, equipped with an arsenal of customizable moving options.
Once the details are settled and your move is booked, you will be assigned a personal move coordinator who will guide you through every step of your move. They will ensure you have the information you need to know and will be a resource for any questions, concerns, or changes to your move plan.
Your move coordinator will be in touch at key points to provide essential information about your move and keep you informed. In the days between confirming your move with Corrigan and loading, you will receive details on:
As your single point of contact, we encourage our corporate transferees to contact their move coordinators at any time throughout the move process.
In the days before delivery, your move coordinator will contact you to confirm dates and times and let you know what to expect upon delivery. You’ll receive important information regarding the inventory of goods, your role in the delivery process, and more.
In the days following delivery, you will receive a follow-up phone call from your move coordinator and a request and reminder to complete our customer satisfaction survey. If the need should arise, your move coordinator will guide you through the initial process of filing a claim.

Corrigan. You are very good at the details on estimating, you have a lot of experience,
and you are able to educate us on the process – sure, that is the baseline. But, you are
very aware that, although you have the confidence to know how it happens, you know
we do not, plus, we are stressed, over-loaded with myriad details related to the move,
and trying to choose a company for the move is one more of those. You were calm,
patiently explaining, always with a steady confidence, and never coming over that we
were just another form to fill out. So thank you for bringing humanity to our encounter.
Kristy, when the business switched over to you, things did not change. Although what
we worked on was all about contracts and details and schedules, you kept it light and
easy and fast. As an example, when the conversation turned to delivery time window,
you did not just give us a generic 2 week window with no information, you shared out all
the moving parts of how the container goes from here to there with where the
uncertainties were in that process. Having those details changes our view of it from

The crew – the whole lot of them were great. Very nice, easy going, crazy hard
working! They kept everything straight. Individuals changed day to day, that was not a
