• Standard Estimate: this provides a projected cost but allows you to add or delete the items to be moved without additional paperwork. This is right solution when you are unsure of the items to be moved but want to at least have a reasonable projection of the cost. Final charges are determined only after the loading process has been completed.
• Not-to-Exceed Estimate: this provides a projected cost that will not increase but may decrease if the weight and services provided are less than anticipated. This option is useful when you have a lump sum allocated to pay for the move and don’t want the final move cost to exceed it.
• Guaranteed Fixed Price: this quote locks in your move cost and will not increase nor decrease based on the agreed upon services. This is popular with those that like the idea of price certainty.
