Every step of our moving process has been detailed in a way to not only encourage communication, but also to make the process easier for our customers.  Our in-home moving survey looks to not only provide you with a detailed breakdown of the pricing for your move, but more importantly to provide you with advice and feedback on the moving process and how to best prepare.

The moment your sales representative leaves your home, Corrigan begins mobilizing to deliver you helpful resources and to continue answering any remaining questions you may have.  After you select Corrigan, you are introduced to your personal move coordinator who will be your single point of contact for the remainder of the move.  Your coordinator hammers out the logistics and specifics for your very important move.  They are also on standby to answer any questions you may have and to keep you informed of your move’s progress.  Briefed beforehand by your coordinator, our van operators and movers arrive well prepared for the specifics of your unique move.

Our van operators and movers are the best in the business, not just because of their experience, but also because of the training and screening each employee goes through.  When brought onboard each mover is walked through all of the tasks that go into a move and spend time learning the moving best practices.  All employees are background checked and drug screened, to make customers feel comfortable trusting the people handling their belongings and working beside their family.

Before, during or after the move your move coordinator will be available to answer and address any concerns you may have.  Their role as an information source and customer service leader means there’s no reason you should have any questions going into or coming out of your relocation.  This focus on communication is of great importance to us as we know how important it is for you to stay in the loop, while not having to worry about the proper handling of your items.
