Our Rochester NY Movers Head to the Rochester Red Wings Baseball Game

Our May 85th anniversary celebration broughtPre-game lap our 1929 truck out to our Rochester NY branch, where our team enjoyed a fun evening out at the ball park. The day’s fun started off with a picnic buffet for our employees right at Frontier Field before the game.

Corrigan was the guest of honor at the game. DinnerOur warehouse manager Geoffrey Fairchild threw out the game’s first pitch, and our 1929 truck took a pre-game lap around the diamond. During the game the truck was parked out in the concourse for visitors to check out. There was a steady stream of adults and children stopping by, sitting inside to have their picture taken, and learning about Corrigan’s history. Visitors were given a Corrigan Moving baseball ‘stressball’ as a fun giveaway as well. The Red Wings mascots Misty and Spike also stopped by to get in on the fun!

After the gameFireworks everyone enjoyed a nice firework display, which was the perfect way to cap off the evening. Corrigan had over 70 people at the event, including employees and family members, and David, Mike and Jan Corrigan also made the trip over from Michigan for the event as well. All of our Rochester NY movers had a great time at the event, and they even got to celebrate a Red Wings win at the end!  For some more photos from the event, be sure to check out our photo gallery.

Next up on our anniversary event tour is the Frankemuth Bavarian Parade in Frankenmuth Michigan. Stay tuned for more updates!
