Each move representative has at least seven years experience in coordinating international relocations so you are dealing with experience when you work with Corrigan for your international move.
Our single point of contact coordination process provides you with a dedicated move coordinator that will handle all aspects of your relocation including the following:
- Pre-move consultation
- Arrange for pre-move survey of residence
- Assemble pricing matrix
- Supply move education and customs materials
- Prepare destination country information
- Secure transportation insurance
- Schedule any 3rd party services if required
- Schedule origin and destination service providers
- Book passage on steamship and/or airlines
- Prepare all shipment documentation and paperwork
- Coordinate arrangements for storage and/or temporary housing
- Track all arrival times
- Arrange for customs clearance
- Conduct pre and post move quality checks
- Assemble and audit all service invoices
- Prepare and submit the master bill
- Process and monitor loss/damage claims if needed.
